the location was excellent! i could easily access the metro and various bus lines. my room was clean and the air conditioning worked very well. the staff helped me a lot with my luggage during arrival and departure.
Taking the stairs was faster at times.

I found the staff friendly. The check-in process was efficient. My room included a kettle and a coffee machine. Breakfast offered many choices.
The ventilation in my bathroom wasn't working. I noticed some mold growth, concerning to me. The hotel Should address this.

Employees were VERY helpful and attentive, going above and beyond expectations to provide assistance. Ana even suggested and booked a dinner restaurant for a birthday. the staff were always polite and professional .

The location was excellent near transport links. The breakfast was good.
The room was not soundproofed at all. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the hallway. The noise made it hard to sleep. The beds were also uncomfortable and caused back pain.
