solid stay with great access

great location excellent access clean room helpful staff

the location was excellent! i could easily access the metro and various bus lines. my room was clean and the air conditioning worked very well. the staff helped me a lot with my luggage during arrival and departure.

The elevators were quite small, and there were often long waits. Taking the stairs was faster at times.

the location was great, very close to the metro and good restaurants. the room was bigger than most european hotel rooms. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. breakfast was very good with enough choice.

friendly staff efficient process coffee machine

I found the staff friendly. The check-in process was efficient. My room included a kettle and a coffee machine. Breakfast offered many choices.

The ventilation in my bathroom wasn't working. I noticed some mold growth, concerning to me. The hotel Should address this.

Employees were VERY helpful and attentive, going above and beyond expectations to provide assistance. Ana even suggested and booked a dinner restaurant for a birthday. the staff were always polite and professional .

the breakfast had a very good selection. staff was helpful and kind. the location was convenient with public transportation nearby. the room had sufficient storage space for luggage and belongings.

the noise from the park outside was noticeable, especially on lower floors, and earplugs would be useful.

poor sound insulation uncomfortable beds

The location was excellent near transport links. The breakfast was good.

The room was not soundproofed at all. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the hallway. The noise made it hard to sleep. The beds were also uncomfortable and caused back pain.
